Session 1 - The Temple of Corellon Larethian
The party had strange dreams as they slept through the night in camp, some more than others - but all awoke well-rested in the morning. Pressing on the party crossed the river using some ropes, though Erehorn decided to use his teleportation magic to avoid a potentially embarrassing situation.
Nearing the temple grounds, Godrin spotted some goblins milling around in a forest clearing, fighting over sticks, snoring, or just jumping around stomping things. The party made short work of them, chasing them off into the woods, while taking a couple cuts and bruises from their foes.
After nearing the temple itself, Erehorn spots an elf recovering nearby in the treeline. Haldruin was a temple guard and told the story of how the goblin clan overrun the temple guardians - after they had all gone unconscious, the goblins overran them and murdered the defenseless warriors at will. Theron asked about any backdoors, and Haldruin happily showed the party the way to a secluded courtyard with access direct underground to the temple's inner sanctum.
The party moved into the inner sanctum and found a dozen goblins wreaking havok among the books and decorative woodwork now laying in pieces on the ground. Mmar went briefly berzerk and smashed many goblins into unrecognizable bloodstains while the rest of the party rained death from the doorway, forcing the remaining goblins to retreat upstairs. The party took a while to rest and rifle through the debris of what once was the temple sanctum, finding a couple useful items.

After a short rest, the party snuck upstairs, and was able to dispatch a couple goblins before alerting them to their presence, after which the goblins began flooding out from side rooms and rushed the party. The goblins got several good shots off on the party, but any of them trying to close the distance were quickly cut down in melee. Seeing their capable foes, the gobs retreated further into the temple to regroup, meanwhile the party stopped to rest from battle for a short rest.
